Meal Planning Guide for Busy Professional Women
Meal planning for the busy professional is possible when you learn how to utilize time-savers explained in this guide. It includes tips on time-savers like online grocery shopping, meal delivery services, meal prep and more!
I first learned how to fit health into a busy schedule while earning my master’s degree in nutrition. I had classes, an internship, a job, and a sick mother to help out. Not to mention spending at least 2 hours every day commuting. To keep up, I put together healthy meals that took as little time as possible to make and often had to eat on-the-go.
Now, I am the lead of my department at a quickly growing start-up in Chicago. I still have that feeling of coming home from a long day of work with no energy to cook or work out. I’ve also had the opportunity to successfully coach multiple CEOs and high-achieving professionals who share in this feeling.
This guide will show you it is possible to fit healthy eating into your own busy life. Meal planning and utilizing time-savers is the key.
