Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup pitted cherries, frozen
  • 1/2 cup coconut, frozen I use Pitaya Foods Coconut Smoothie Packs. Use 1 pack. Link in notes.
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth consistency.

Notes

Serving Size: This recipe will make two 10 fl oz smoothies that are 103 calories, 11g carbs, and 7.5g sugar each.
