I’m Samantha Shuflin, a Chicago-based registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) with a master’s degree in nutrition.
I help busy professionals thrive through nutrition & wellness.
I first learned how to fit health into a busy schedule while earning my master’s degree in nutrition. I had classes, an internship, a job, and a sick mother to help. Not to mention spending at least 2 hours every day commuting.
To keep up, I put together healthy meals that took as little time as possible to make that I could eat on the go. Once I started my career, I also used my nutrition savvy to eat healthy despite feeling burned out at the end of a workday.
Now, I provide nutrition programming for Amazon employees to help them navigate staying healthy while being high performers at work. I’ve also had the opportunity to successfully coach multiple CEOs and high-achieving professionals toward weight loss and other health goals.
If you are also a professional, I want to share with you my simple solutions to fit nutrition & wellness into your busy life!
