I’m Samantha Shuflin, a Chicago-based registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) with a master’s degree in nutrition.
I help busy professionals thrive through nutrition & wellness.
I first learned how to fit health into a busy schedule while earning my master’s degree in nutrition. I had classes, an internship, a job, and a sick mother to help. Not to mention spending at least 2 hours every day commuting.
To keep up, I put together healthy meals that took as little time as possible to make and often had to eat on-the-go.
Now, I am the lead of my department at a quickly growing start-up in Chicago. I still have that feeling of coming home from a long day of work with no energy to cook or work out.

Samantha Shuflin, MS, RDN, LDN, is a Chicago-based registered dietitian nutritionist and founder of Samantha Shuflin Nutrition & Wellness. Her mission is to help busy professionals thrive through a healthy lifestyle.
She earned a Master of Science in Nutrition at Northern Illinois University, where she taught an undergraduate nutrition course and received the Outstanding Graduate Student Award. Her undergraduate degree in Nutrition is from Michigan State University.
She has provided nutrition counseling to a clientele of all ages with a variety of conditions, including obesity, diabetes, and eating disorders.
She currently is the lead dietitian at a Chicago-based precision medicine company where she developed a virtual nutrition-genetics coaching program to improve the health of obese and diabetic employees of self-insured companies.
