Hey There!

I’m Samantha Shuflin, a Chicago-based registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) with a master’s degree in nutrition.

I help busy professionals thrive through nutrition & wellness.

I first learned how to fit health into a busy schedule while earning my master’s degree in nutrition. I had classes, an internship, a job, and a sick mother to help. Not to mention spending at least 2 hours every day commuting.

To keep up, I put together healthy meals that took as little time as possible to make and often had to eat on-the-go.

Now, I am the lead of my department at a quickly growing start-up in Chicago. I still have that feeling of coming home from a long day of work with no energy to cook or work out.

I’ve also had the opportunity to successfully coach multiple CEOs and high-achieving professionals who share in this feeling. If you are also in this boat, I want to share with you my simple solutions to fit nutrition & wellness into your busy life!
